  • How do I sign up?

    We are currently in the late stage of our Beta program. If you would like to be considered for a spot as a beta partner with free use of our platform, please schedule a demo with us to see if we are a good fit! 

  • How do you prevent double-bookings?

    Our booking engine has one of the strongest validation processes on the market today. With mulitple points of inventory verification during the booking process, no two rooms or units can be booked a the same time – even if two guests choose the same one at the same time! Only the first guest or channel to complete the booking will be confirmed.

  • I would like to use dynamic pricing, is there an additional cost?

    There is not! Our full dynamic pricing functionality is native in our MAX property management system and included at no extra charge.  

  • Can I charge my guests’ cards automatically?

    Yes, you can! With the MAX property management system, you can schedule payments to be charged automatically on your guests’ saved payment cards based upon a variety of reservation events. Gone are the days when you have to re-add card information or  manually process payments!

  • I have multiple properties, how difficult is it to navigate between them?

    It is so easy, it takes just one click! Once you are logged into the MAX property management system, you can quickly toggle between each of your properties your user id is connected to. 

  • Which payment processor can I use?

    The MAX property management system is fully integrated with the Stripe payment processing solution. Stripe is one of the most competitive and well-known payment processors in the market with an upfront fee structure so you know exactly how much your fees will be.

  • How difficult is it take to connect my payment processor account?

    Not, it's super easy! To connect your Stripe account to the MAX property management system, all you need is to provide us the API keys for  your Stripe account and you’re done! These are quickly available from the Developers section of your Stripe dashboard, then clicking on API Keys. You can also find more information from Stripe directly.
