Looking to simplify one of the more robust areas of the MAX platform, a big overhaul has been completed making dynamic pricing easier than ever for users of all levels to implement.
We all know a picture is worth a thousand words … now you can include pictures or any type of image in text messages to your guests!
When system alerts impact a reservation – such as a failed payment or a bounced email – they are now displayed both in the notification center and in the reservation itself for better visbility and one-click management.
The integration with RemoteLock has been enhanced so MAX users can easily view which rooms are connected, as well as their latest sync times so you can rest easy knowing your locks have the latest codes updated.
You spoke, we listened … no longer do you need to bookmark a long, unique URL to sign into your MAX platform. Click on the new ‘Sign In’ link, then simply enter your username and password and you’re in!
Guests sometimes request to book with one card but pay the balance with a different card. While this was possible when processing a payment manually, you may now update the credit card on file so the reservation’s future scheduled payments are taken from the correct guest card automatically!
In the calendar view of the Front Desk dashboard, the reservation pop-up windows now include more key information so you can quickly see important data of your guest and booking in just one click.
For times when you don’t want to assign a reservation to a specific room quite yet, the real-time occupancy now highlights it so you never lose track of the reservation in your Front Desk dashboard.
