You can now multi-search reservations in your Confirmations Log based on their source such as your website or integrated channels.

You can now include images and signatures to the Document form type. This can be used to send your guests a custom contract-binding form such as Terms and Conditions or Rental Agreement for your property.
You can now set a start date for your room type’s base price, and store multiple base prices at a time.
We listened to your feedback! You can now undo a check-in or a no-show status on a reservation. This is especially helpful in times when you may have missed a check-in until the next day or you may have preemptively checked in a guest before realizing a later date change was needed.
To better sync with external booking channels, amenities are now grouped in like categories.
For times when the reservation data may not be final, you can now disable automated emails from being sent at the time of changing or cancelling a reservation. You can manually send an email from your template library later once you have finalized the reservation’s details.
Especially useful for group reservations, you can now reassign the customer from an existing single or group reservation to its own reservation with new customer details.

Big news! With the new RemoteLock integration, you can now automatically set and send your door lock codes for each reservation to your guests by email or txt message. An active RemoteLock account is required to enable this feature, ask your Max account representative for more information!
You can now add a field to collect a guest’s address at time of booking. You can also optionally set it to be required if you choose to not allow a booking to proceed without this information.
If you choose to not use the customer portal for your guests to self-manage their reservation such as self check-in, you can now disable this feature so guests will not receive the automated access invitation.
You can now export your data from more record types than ever before! Now supported are all revenue types, taxes, payments, reservations. bookings, and customers.
Cancellation policies now process the refundable amounts based on total lodging instead of total deposit at booking.
